Our latest research finds that the great majority of employers making learning and development cutbacks have seen no reduction in the efficiency of training, with three in 10 having actually seen improvements.

- Two-thirds (61%) of the employers in the 2012 XpertHR learning and development (L&D) survey have taken steps to reduce costs or create efficiency savings in the past 12 months, the same proportion as in 2011.
