HR careers survey 2011: qualifications versus business experience

While the majority of the 668 respondents to our HR careers survey told us that they chose their career in the profession "by chance", most would opt for HR all over again. Our research also found that HR practitioners view professional qualifications as more important for advancing in HR than starting out in the profession.
