Pay forecasts for the private sector: 2013 XpertHR survey

Our private-sector pay forecasts survey suggests that we will see more of the same moderate pay rise pattern over the remainder of 2013 and into 2014. Reducing overtime costs and carrying out job evaluation look set to be two trends to watch out for in the coming year.
