Survey finds dissatisfaction with Pensions Act

Even before all the provisions of the Pensions Act have taken effect, a recent survey* of pension schemes found a high level of dissatisfaction with the Act's provisions. The Association of Consulting Actuaries (ACA), which carried out the survey, has published part one of its report, covering schemes' attitudes towards the Act, current pension policy and the Pensions Commission report .
