Using corporate websites for recruitment: 2013 XpertHR survey

This summary report of the XpertHR survey on using digital media for recruitment finds that the overwhelming majority of employers use some form of digital media for recruitment. Employers rate their own corporate websites highly as a tool to attract and recruit people, despite more than one-third experiencing some problems - including low usage by jobseekers and receiving unsuitable applications.
