In this report on the 2011 XpertHR managing workplace conflict survey, we look at the types of mediation practices used by employers and examine the range of issues and situations where mediation can be used to best effect.

- Of the 65 employers that provided feedback, 47 (72%) have used an independent third party to help resolve individual employment disputes in the two years since 2009.
