XpertHR healthcare benefits survey 2012: coping with rising costs

The XpertHR survey of health benefits looks at the different types of private healthcare schemes that employers offer, the costs involved, and how schemes are changing and responding to financial and other challenges.

  • In our survey of practice in 116 organisations, private medical insurance is the most frequently offered health benefit - provided to at least some employee groups by 79.3% of employers - with the typical cost of cover for a single employee standing at £515 per year.
