Provide a transferee with employee liability information

No later than 28 days before the transfer, the transferor must provide the transferee with specified information regarding the employees who will transfer to the transferee under the TUPE Regulations.
This information, defined as "employee liability information" in the TUPE Regulations, includes the identity and age of the transferring employees, and details of their written employment particulars.
The employee liability information must be provided in writing or made available in another readily accessible form.
The transferor should ensure that it complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation when providing information about its employees to the transferee.
