How does XpertHR training work?
- You call and tell us which courses and dates that you have in mind.
- Your consultant will explain in detail the content of our in-house courses and will help you to identify any elements that might need changing.
- You can specify a focus on certain areas of our in-house programmes, or omit elements at no extra cost.
- Your consultant will confirm the name of your trainer and a preferred date. You will be sent a short checklist in which you can tell us how you would like your training delivered. For example - how much time should be set aside for questions; do you need policy advice; or objective setting? Which training aids would you prefer? Do you want break-out groups; a focus on interactive sessions?
- Prior to the training a comprehensive set of course documentation will be provided, as well as best-practice guidelines for you to incorporate into your employment policy.
- On the day we ask you to complete a course evaluation form. Feedback from the trainer will be provided shortly after that.
