Podcast: Key employment cases for 2018

We predict the key cases for 2018 and assess their likely impact. We explain why employment status will remain in the spotlight, and we discuss the ramifications of the ECJ's recent decision on holiday pay.

We also discuss two discrimination cases on shared parental leave, where contradictory decisions were delivered, and where there is currently no binding authority.

Disability discrimination will also continue to be a talking point, and we flag up two key cases. We finish by looking into our crystal ball to consider what new cases may emerge in the next 12 months as a result of the abolition of tribunal fees.

Presenter Zuraida Curtis is joined by Stephen Simpson and Fiona Cuming. Edited and produced by Colin Miller.
