Ahmed Mahomed
Ahmed Mahomed is a lawyer at the Saudi Arabia office of Al Tamimi & Company.
Since joining Al Tamimi & Company, Ahmed has worked on a wide variety of transactional and advisory matters, primarily for the banking and finance department, and also for the corporate commercial department. He has particular interest in the operation of Shari'a principles and their impact on financial transactions in Saudi Arabia.
Ahmed is extensively involved with corporate structuring, including advising on the establishment of foreign entities in Saudi Arabia and all associated work to ensure clients achieve their commercial objectives in Saudi Arabia. In this regard, he regularly advises large multinational companies on their day-to-day employment queries, as well on all aspects of the employment relationship, including contracts of employment and termination issues.
Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company, Ahmed worked in Australia and the UK.
