Alison Frazer

Alison is a specialist employment barrister at River Chambers. She developed her interest in employment law whilst studying for her Masters. She then spent some time as a Researcher on the IDS Brief, writing articles and reports on the latest developments in employment law. As a result, Alison has a sound grasp of technical employment matters. She is a regular freelance contributor to XpertHR.

In the tribunal, Alison has been described as 'engaging' and 'meticulous'. Solicitors value her for her approachability and her ability to support and reassure clients and witnesses during stressful tribunal proceedings.
