Andrew Spratt

Andrew Spratt is an experienced employment law specialist and litigator at A&L Goodbody. He is a key member of the employment and benefits team, and works with employers on both contentious and non-contentious matters. He has defended claims in the industrial tribunal and fair employment tribunal, and advised in respect of corporate restructures, TUPE and service provision changes.

Andrew is a regular guest speaker at seminars and conferences in Northern Ireland on matters relating to general employment law, including the misuse of social media.
