Angel Mendoza
Angel Mendoza is an attorney for Littler's Venezuela office. He represents, counsels and assists employers on a variety of employment law matters, including foreign and transnational employment issues, immigration, union conciliation, settlement agreements negotiation, collective bargaining, compensation, labour audits and occupational safety and health compliance. He has represented clients in courts all across Venezuela, including the Supreme Court, and before several administrative agencies, including all Boards of the Ministry of Work and Social Security and the National Institute for Occupational Prevention, Safety and Health (INPSASEL, in Spanish).
