David Weisenfeld

David Weisenfeld was a former US legal editor at XperHR.com. He has more than 20 years' experience writing, broadcasting and reporting on legal news and employment law. He currently covers topics related to termination and investigations, as well as diversity, equity and inclusion. David hosts XpertHR's award-winning podcast series, for which he won a first-place national award from the American Society of Professional Business Editors, leads our news team, and hosts or presents webinars on a range of employment law issues.

David holds a Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law. Prior to joining XpertHR, David served as US Supreme Court correspondent and editor-in-chief of a nationwide legal news service while also co-anchoring the company's newscasts and editing its employment law product.
