Emma Bailey
Emma Bailey heads the tax and incentives practice at Fox Williams LLP, having joined as a partner from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in March 2010. She has had extensive experience advising UK and overseas clients that include listed companies, mid-tier corporates, owner-managed businesses, partnerships/LLP's and individuals on a broad range of tax matters, including in the context of public and private mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, public listings and offerings, corporate reorganisations and restructurings, inward and outbound investment, property, and other financings and tax-structured financial products.
Emma specialises in employee share schemes and management incentive arrangements. She also advises widely on tax issues affecting entrepreneurs (including the venture capital tax schemes) and works closely with Fox Williams' professional practice and employment groups in relation to the tax issues arising in the context of partnerships and LLPs, and the remuneration of employees, directors and partners.
