Hannah Roche

Hannah Roche is head of employment at MBM Commercial Solicitors, based in Edinburgh. An employment law specialist with many years of experience, she advises on all aspects of employment law from unfair dismissal to contracts of employment and unlawful discrimination. Hannah acts for employers and employees alike and represents clients at the Employment Tribunal and in non-contentious matters. She regularly writes and presents training to employer clients on topical aspects of employment law, and speaks at seminars and conferences.
