Lisa Poole

Lisa Poole was formerly the head of HR at Jessops PLC and is now a consultant at Kate Shepherd Associates.

Lisa specialises in mediation and HR, working proactively with a variety of clients. She is also involved in the design and implementation of new policies and procedures, advising on a range of strategic issues relating to restructuring and reorganizing businesses, as well as day-to-day HR support for clients.
