Łukasz is an attorney-at-law, founding partner of PCS Paruch Chrusciel Schiffter and head of its Katowice Office. Łukasz is one of the leading experts in the field of labour law and social security. With many years' experience in advising entrepreneurs, he specialises in litigation, including disputes with the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), remuneration of employees, working time, discrimination, non-competition agreements, as well as staff outsourcing and employment agencies. He has extensive experience in the area of collective labour law, with an emphasis on collective disputes and relations with trade unions. Łukasz is the author of a commentary to the Act on the Company Social Fund, which has gained the widespread acclaim of industry professionals.
