Maxime Pigeon is a partner in the employment team of Osborne Clarke's Paris office. He advises French and international clients on labour law issues, with particular emphasis on acquisitions, complex reorganisations, economic dismissals and collective bargaining.

He has developed a special interest in questions related to the use of new technologies within the workplace. In particular, he holds a Doctorate in private law on "employment law and new technology" (University of Paris II - Panthéon Assas, 2002). He has written several articles concerning the monitoring of employees' emails, teleworking and the implementation of internet policies.

Maxime also specialises in international mobility and immigration issues. He advises clients in obtaining residence and work permits for foreign executives who have moved to France as expatriates. Since 2008, he has been a member of the Legal Committee of the French Football League (LFP), handling in particular the labour disputes between professional players and the clubs, as well as the approval of contracts.

Maxime was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2002. In addition to his Doctorate in private law, he holds a Masters degree in employment law (University of Paris II - Panthéon Assas, 1999).
