Roianne Nedd is a diversity and inclusion expert, author, speaker and life coach. She is passionate and dedicated to improving workplaces for all employees by helping organisations to embrace the principles of diversity and inclusion.
As global inclusion and diversity lead at Oliver Wyman she provides expert oversight on all inclusion and diversity topics across all offices in 60 cities worldwide. She specializes in cross-cultural diversity, inclusive leadership, intersectionality and financial inclusion as well as being the firm's strategic lead for racial, ethnic and cultural diversity.
Over the years she has built an impressive range of skills and experience from her career in a busy county court in Central London, to working as an objective advisor to boards and individual leaders in a range of industries, including financial and professional services, retail banking, central and local government, engineering and tech. Her key strengths are the ability to influence at every level and also her pragmatic approach to intuiting organisational culture and developing appropriate and practical solutions to match those cultures.
In her spare time, Roianne runs The Trusted Black Girl network founded after the publication of her book of the same name. The Trusted Black Girl book focses on the workplace experiences of black women in the UK. She has also conducted research into how Black women relate to the concept of vulnerability at work and has been referred to as an Amplifier of Women's voices.
