Sarah Bull is a highly experienced employment lawyer. Prior to joining Katten Muchin Rosenman UK LLP, she practiced for 11 years in a city law firm where she advised national and multinational businesses in sectors including media, communications, technology and nonprofit. She also has in-house experience in the recruitment industry.
Sarah advises on all aspects of employment law, and has a particular interest in advisory and transactional work. She has significant experience advising stakeholders on Transfer of Undertakings (TUPE) Regulations, outsourcing, international employee relations (including project managing multi-jurisdictional advice on restructuring and changing terms and conditions), whistleblowing and employment status. She also has managed high profile litigation, including for a national charity and an international organization.
