Silva Palzer

Silva is head of the employment department of Eversheds Austria. She studied law at the Vienna University School of Law and is admitted to the Austrian Bar. Prior to private practice, she worked for a large accounting firm.

Her expertise covers all aspects of individual and collective employment law. In corporate deals, she advises on transfers of undertakings and related issues as she has strong expertise in this area. Further, she has considerable experience working with national and foreign groups, involving cross-border operations.

She has published many articles in Austrian newspapers and magazines, has contributed to other books in the field of employment law and was a speaker at the Austrian chamber of public accountants.
