Vince Ashall

Vince Ashall FCIPP MSc is a freelance writer and trainer on payroll and related issues such as expenses and benefits, statutory payments and pensions.

He has more than 40 years' experience in the payroll arena in the public (NHS) and private sectors. He served for 13 years as a member-nominated trustee for an employer's defined-benefit pension scheme before becoming self-employed running his own company, VA Payroll Services.

He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals and contributes to several payroll reference publications.
