Call for evidence on barriers to progression at work
Close date: 20 November 2020
The Government launches a call for evidence on the barriers to progression at work. The main areas on which the call for evidence seeks views are: whether or not there are transparent pathways to progression in certain sectors, such as retail and hospitality; the benefits to organisations of identifying and developing existing talent; the reasons for the disparate impact on particular groups such as women, younger workers, older workers, disabled workers and those from ethnic minority backgrounds; and how to embed a culture of lifelong learning at work.
