Consultation on establishing a new single enforcement body for employment rights

The Government consults on the case for a new single labour market enforcement body, as part of its commitment under the Good work plan to extend state enforcement of workers' rights. The consultation asks questions on the remit of the proposed new body, the approach it should take to enforcement and the powers and sanctions available to it.
