Cutting red tape and burdens on businesses

The Government consults on ways in which the administrative burden of complying with legislation can be eased for businesses. Areas of employment law that will be looked at include: the statement of employment particulars; the redundancy law framework; the maternity pay and leave regime; health and safety enforcement and inspection; and the statutory dispute resolution procedures.
