XpertHR's Policies and documents tool has been enhanced with the addition of example structures of initial settlement discussions related to performance, conduct and redundancy, as well as sample letters to follow up such discussions.
We have added new model documents for employers to gather 360-degree feedback, including example feedback forms, letters to explain the process to participants, and follow-up letters to ensure that results are fed into the employee's performance appraisal.
