Coronavirus: Right to work in the UK model documents updated

Guidance in our model documents has been updated to reflect temporary changes to the rules on checking the right to work in the UK, introduced because of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

The relevant model documents are:

• Employing workers from overseas policy
• Letter asking job applicant to provide evidence of right to work in UK
• Letter confirming start date of employment subject to evidence of right to work in UK
• Letter withdrawing offer of employment because job applicant has failed to provide evidence of right to work in UK
