The November 2019 XpertHR Distribution Staff Salary Survey provides market rates and pay intelligence for organisations with distribution, warehouse and logistics functions.
- Reward data and reports are based on over 200,000 employees, up 10% on 2018.
- Third-party logistics companies, infrastructure operators, major supermarkets and other retailers are all covered by this salary survey.
- Roles within the salary survey include warehouse operative, LGV driver, HGV driver, operations manager, van driver, maintenance engineer, mechanical fitter, shunter, stock controller, transport clerk, depot manager and managing director.
