Financial services: SMR and CR extended to all FCA-authorised firms
On 9 December 2019, the Senior Managers and Certification Regimes replaced the Approved Persons Regime for all FCA solo-regulated firms. We have updated our financial services content to reflect this, including:
- Senior Managers and Certification Regimes;
- Recruitment;
- Internal transfers and promotions; and
- Providing references.
