Gender pay gap reporting timeline updated

We have amended our gender pay gap reporting timeline following the release of the Government consultation on gender pay gap reporting for public-sector employers.

The consultation for public-sector employers reveals that the gender pay gap reporting duty for the public sector will mirror that for private- and voluntary-sector employers. As well as explaining the proposals for the public sector, the consultation suggests how the draft Regulations for the private and voluntary sectors will be amended before they come into force.
