The Pensions Regulator has published template letters for employers, and set out its compliance and enforcement strategy for pensions auto-enrolment, in advance of the start of the auto-enrolment regime on 1 July 2012.

Employers can use the Pensions Regulator's employer letter template tool to help them to comply with this duty.

These strategy and policy documents set out how the Pensions Regulator will enforce the auto-enrolment regime, using a system of statutory notices, fixed penalties and escalating fines.
