Take part in our pay award forecasts survey
XpertHR is conducting a short survey on pay forecasts for the year ahead; this builds on the research that we conducted last autumn to provide an up-to-date picture of pay awards in 2019, and would like to invite you to take part. The survey has been kept short and should take no longer than five minutes to complete.
In exchange for completing this survey, you will receive:
- a free copy of our findings, providing valuable benchmarking data for your next pay award; and
- a complimentary copy of XpertHR's guide on How to measure and report a gender pay gap, by email on completion of the survey.
In addition, respondents whose data can be used in XpertHR survey analyses will be entered into a draw for the chance to win one of four £250 prizes.

Prize draw terms and conditions: The closing date for the prize draw is 30 June 2019. All those respondents whose data can be used in XpertHR survey analyses will be entered into the draw, which will take place in the week commencing 15 July 2019. There are four prizes of £250 each and the winners will be notified by email during the week commencing 15 July 2019.
