Term-time workers: FAQs
New FAQs look at issues arising from employing term-time workers.
One of the most challenging areas is how to calculate term-time workers' entitlement to holiday pay. The Court of Appeal recently looked at this question in The Harpur Trust v Brazel [2019] EWCA Civ 1402 CA, and the decision in this case is reflected in the new FAQ on calculating paid holiday.
