Summary

• The public sector apprenticeship target applies to local authorities with 250 or more employees. (See Public sector apprenticeship target)
• The Green Book prescribes that the pay and conditions of service applied to part-time employees in local authorities should be pro rata those of comparable full-time employees in the same authority. (See Part-time contracts)
