If a flexible working request is granted, can the employee request another change to working patterns at a later date?
Yes. An employee who has already had a statutory request for flexible working accepted can make a subsequent request to change their working pattern again, provided that 12 months have passed since the initial request. Employees can make only one statutory request for flexible working arrangements in any 12-month period. Employers may decide to consider requests made outside of the statutory process in any event.
