Karen regularly comments on employment and discrimination law issues in the national press and media and is passionate about disability rights.
Jen is a workplace wellbeing & disability inclusion specialist and director of The Wellbeing Tortoise. After becoming disabled with a brain injury following a ski accident, she became passionate about making mental health and disability inclusion a priority for organisations and helping individuals acquire skills and tools to support themselves. Jen has worked with disabled people and alongside HR and sustainability teams to embed inclusion and wellbeing strategies and projects in the workplace. Jen has trained and consulted with small non-profits and start-ups as well as large organisations.
