I'm seeing a message about being able to access three subscriber-only resources. Why is this?

People can register for an account with XpertHR and this gives them access to three subscriber-only resources per month.

However, if you are a paid subscriber and you are logged in, you should not see this message as you have unlimited access to XpertHR resources. If you see this message, please contact our customer success team on 020 8652 3196 or email helpdesk@xperthr.co.uk.
