Employee Assistance Programmes 2014: The cost of the employee assistance programme (EAP) per full-time employee (FTE) per year. EAPs are confidential services that help employees and managers cope with problems they encounter both inside and outside the workplace. EAPs usually provide a telephone helpline, where callers can discuss problems, together with information and advice on a wide range of personal, health and other issues. This XpertHR survey was conducted in June 2014.
Compassionate Leave 2014: The number of employers compassionate leave, April 2014. Compassionate leave is here defined as a period of absence from work granted to employees dealing with particular personal circumstances, such as the death, critical illness or injury of a loved one, immediate family member or dependant.
Company Cars and Car Allowances 2017: The minimum number of miles driven per year that is used to determine whether a company car is essential (based on job need) for employees. This XpertHR survey was conducted in March 2017.
