Benefits and Allowances 2018: The number of employers that intend to continue offering childcare vouchers despite the Government’s new Tax-free Childcare scheme being in place. After October 2018 new entrants to employer childcare vouchers schemes will not be permitted. Parents already in these schemes will be able to remain in them for as long as they require. Employment tribunals 2014: The number of employers that have used the pre-claim conciliation service provided by Acas, November 2013. Acas pre-claim conciliation is a free, early conciliation service available to all employers and employees for an individual dispute, such as internal grievance, discipline or appeal, that they have not been able to resolve by other means and which may result in a tribunal claim.
Dealing with Disputes 2015: The types of mediation services employers have had to use/provide to try to resolve individual employee disputes over the past two years. This XpertHR survey was conducted in May 2015.
