Employee Assistance Programmes 2014: Employers' views as to whether their employee assistance programme (EAP) justifies its cost. EAPs usually provide a telephone helpline, where callers can discuss problems, together with information and advice on a wide range of personal, health and other issues. This XpertHR survey was conducted in June 2014.
National Living Wage 2017: The impact of the national living wage on the organisation's pay budget. The national living wage was introduced on 1 April 2016 at a rate of £7.20 an hour for workers aged 25 and over. It will increase to £7.50 an hour from 1 April 2017. This XpertHR survey was conducted in February 2017.
