Benefits and Allowances 2019: The number of employers that plan to continue offering childcare vouchers following the introduction of the Government's Tax-free Childcare scheme. The Tax-free Childcare scheme enables eligible families to receive a contribution of 20% from the Government towards their childcare costs. Employees can no longer join a childcare voucher scheme, however, parents already in these schemes can still remain in them. This XpertHR survey was conducted in May 2019.
