Pay Gap Reporting 2021

The XpertHR benchmarking survey of private-sector organisations' arrangements for checking and reporting on pay gaps relating to specific employee characteristics (including gender, race/ethnicity, age, disability, LGBTQ+ status and socioeconomic status). The survey is based on responses from 200 organisations.
