Gender Pay Gap Reporting 2022

Analysis of Government data on gender pay gap reporting conducted by Gapsquare for XpertHR, drawing on data published in April 2022 for the 12 months to 5 April 2021. Under the gender pay gap reporting duty, employers with 250 or more employees on 5 April each year are required to report on their gender pay and bonus gaps within 12 months. This Gapsquare analysis contains public-sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
