Shared Parental Leave 2015

The 2015 XpertHR survey on employers' preparations for shared parental leave, based on responses from 575 organisations with a combined workforce of 2,234,026 employees. Working couples with babies due on or after 5 April 2015 can share the leave and pay remaining when a woman ends her maternity leave, as long as each parent qualifies for leave and pay in their own right. Similar arrangements apply for adoptive parents.
