Performance-Related Pay Rises 2016

The 2016 XpertHR benchmarking survey on employers' use of performance-related pay rises, based on responses from 132 organisations, with a combined workforce of 653,917 employees. For this survey, performance-related or merit pay refers to annual pay reviews that are determined (either in full or in part) by a measure of employee performance. Where respondents operate more than one performance-related pay rise scheme, the results data refers to the largest scheme by number of employees.
