Gender Pay Gap Reporting 2017

The 2017 XpertHR survey on how employers are planning to respond to the new gender pay gap reporting duty, based on responses from 226 organisations with a combined workforce of 574,030 employees. From April 2017, all employers with 250 or more employees will be required to report on their gender pay gap, the difference in men's and women's earnings. Employers will also need to report on their gender bonus gap.
