Reporting the Gender Pay Gap 2017
The 2017/2018 XpertHR survey on how employers are planning to respond to the new gender pay gap reporting duty, based on responses from 128 private-sector organisations with 250 or more employees. From April 2017, employers with 250 or more employees on the "snapshot date" of 5 April are required to report on their gender pay and bonus gaps. Employers must publish the information within 12 months; the deadline for first publication in the private sector is 4 April 2018.
