Pay Ratios 2018

The XpertHR survey on the impact of new laws requiring employers to calculate the executive to employee pay ratio for their organisation. New laws are due to come into effect by June 2018 that will require publicly listed companies to publish the ratio of CEO pay to the average pay of their UK employees, along with a narrative explaining changes to that ratio from year to year. This survey is based on responses from 259 employers with a combined workforce of 488,840 employees.
